When you send an inquiry: your names, email address, phone number if provided, your wedding date and location, your budget if you choose to share it, and the contents of your message. When you request the Welcome Guide: your email address. Nothing more — no accounts, no profiles.
Inquiries are used to respond and to prepare a proposal for your wedding. If you request the guide, it is sent to you by email, followed by a short series of emails about how Momento Blanco works — you can unsubscribe with one click, at any time. Your details are never sold and never used for third-party marketing.
Responding to inquiries and preparing proposals: performance of a contract. The guide emails and the marketing cookie: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Basic records of past inquiries: legitimate interest in operating the business.
MailerLite delivers our emails. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) measures advertising performance — only if you accept cookies below. Google reCAPTCHA protects the forms from spam. Cloudflare hosts the site. Each processes data under its own GDPR commitments.
Some of these providers process data outside the EU, mainly in the United States. They do so under the EU's approved safeguards — the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
The site works without cookies. One optional marketing cookie — the Meta Pixel — measures how visitors find the site. It loads only after you accept it in the banner, and you can change your choice at any time:
Inquiries are kept while a wedding is under discussion, and for up to two years after the last exchange. Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or to withdraw any consent, at any time — a single email is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
